At Pretty Bins, we aim to deliver joy straight to your doorstep! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). 
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or Fedex.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, we ship from New York.

Expedited Shipping

  • Need your Pretty Bin sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the same day.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We’re working on expanding this in the future!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Pretty Bin's journey.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pretty Bin! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return / exchange shipping costs, unless item is received damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact me at andrew@prettybins.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. I'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Once I receive the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at andrew@prettybins.store so we can update your address if its still possible. If the order has already shipped, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
